Warm-up:
5 minutes
To be completed 4 times with no rest.
- Walk 50-meters
- Sprint 100-meters
To be completed 8 times with no rest.
- Jump rope with high knees for 20 seconds and normal pace for 10 seconds.
Cool down:
5 minutes
