Snowed-In/Snow Day Workout

Warm-up:
1 minute run in place.
1 minute jumping jacks.
Repeat for a total of 6 minutes.

Main sets:
20 of each exercise, 3 sets.

  • *Lunges-alternating legs.
    If you have stairs lunge up them, minimum of 3 steps at a time. On the way down go backwards, lunging as you go. No stairs no problem, do star lunges, front-right-back-left equals 1!!
  • *Coffee table dips, (triceps dips), go as low as you can!
  • *Sofa push ups.
    Place your feet on the edge of the sofa so they are elevated, bend those arms!
  • *Donkey kicks, 20 each leg!
  • *Plank…20 seconds each, regular then each side!
  • *And last but by no means least, everyone’s favorite…Burpees!! With push up and tuck jump!!

Warm down:
