Warm-up:
5 minutes

Set 1:

  • Jump Rope for 30 seconds followed by:
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Scissors Crunches
  • 10 Back Raises

Do this for 12 sets with no rest between sets.

Cool down:
5 minutes
