Warm-up:
5 minutes
Set 1:
- Jump Rope for 30 seconds followed by:
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Scissors Crunches
- 10 Back Raises
Do this for 12 sets with no rest between sets.
Cool down:
5 minutes
