Rules:
- Complete 3 sets, rest 30 seconds between sets.
Equipment needed:
- Timer
- Jump rope
- Barbell and weights
Set:
- Jump rope with high knees for 60 seconds
- Bicycles (100 reps)
- Mountain Climbers (100 reps)
- Plank hold for a count of 100
- Triceps Dips off bench (25 reps)
- Barbell Bicep Curl (25 reps)
- Diamond Pushups (25 reps)
- Braced Squats (25 reps)
Cool down:
5 minutes
