A workout for abs, arms and legs

Rules:

  • Complete 3 sets, rest 30 seconds between sets.

Equipment needed:

  • Timer
  • Jump rope
  • Barbell and weights

Set:

  • Jump rope with high knees for 60 seconds
  • Bicycles (100 reps)
  • Mountain Climbers (100 reps)
  • Plank hold for a count of 100
  • Triceps Dips off bench (25 reps)
  • Barbell Bicep Curl (25 reps)
  • Diamond Pushups (25 reps)
  • Braced Squats (25 reps)

Cool down:
5 minutes
