Warmup:
5 minutes
- Jump rope fast for 1 minute
- Complete as many push-ups as you can in 30 seconds
- Jump rope with high knees for 1 minute
- Complete as many burpees as you can in 30 seconds
- Jump rope single leg (30 seconds on each leg)
- Complete as many star jumps as you can in 30 second
- Jump rope with lounges for 1 minute
- Complete as many tuck jumps as you can in 30 seconds
- 3 minute jump rope with 30 seconds fast/30 seconds slow intervals
Cool down:
5 minutes
