Warmup:
5 minutes

  • Jump rope fast for 1 minute
  • Complete as many push-ups as you can in 30 seconds
  • Jump rope with high knees for 1 minute
  • Complete as many burpees as you can in 30 seconds
  • Jump rope single leg (30 seconds on each leg)
  • Complete as many star jumps as you can in 30 second
  • Jump rope with lounges for 1 minute
  • Complete as many tuck jumps as you can in 30 seconds
  • 3 minute jump rope with 30 seconds fast/30 seconds slow intervals

Cool down:
5 minutes
