Warm-up:
5 minutes

Men: 3 Sets of 10 reps
Women: 3 Sets of 5 reps
Rest 60 seconds between sets.

  • Use a narrow under arm grip
  • Hang yourself off the bar with arms fully extended.
  • Pull your dead weight up to the bar to touch your chest.
  • Lower your dead weight and repeat the movement.

Cool down:
5 minutes
