Warm-up:
5 minutes
Men: 3 Sets of 10 reps
Women: 3 Sets of 5 reps
Rest 60 seconds between sets.
- Use a narrow under arm grip
- Hang yourself off the bar with arms fully extended.
- Pull your dead weight up to the bar to touch your chest.
- Lower your dead weight and repeat the movement.
Cool down:
5 minutes
