Warm-up:
5 minutes

How many can you do in 60 seconds?

Rules:

  • 4 exercises – 3 sets
  • No rest between exercises
  • Rest for 60 seconds after each set
  • Keep a record of the total reps completed for each exercise in each set

Exercises:

  • Air Squats
  • Pushups
  • Sit-ups
  • Burpees

Sequence:

  • 1st set: Perform as many reps as possible for each exercises in 60 seconds.
  • 2nd set: come down by 5 reps for each exercise from the 1st set totals.
  • 3rd set: try and beat your 1st set totals.

Cool down:
5 minutes
