  • Crunches
  • Flutter Kicks
  • V-ups
  • 1 minute Side Plank (right side)

50 of each exercise:

  • Bicycles
  • Russian Twist
  • Heel Touches
  • 1 minute Elbow Plank

25 of each exercise:

  • Mountain Climbers
  • Squat Thrust
  • Spider mans (plank position, knee to elbow)
  • 1 minute Side Plank (left)

Yoga cool down  30 seconds each exercise:

  • Downward Dog
  • Cobra
  • Child Pose
