- V-ups
- 1 minute Side Plank (right side)
50 of each exercise:
- Bicycles
- Russian Twist
- Heel Touches
- 1 minute Elbow Plank
25 of each exercise:
- Mountain Climbers
- Squat Thrust
- Spider mans (plank position, knee to elbow)
- 1 minute Side Plank (left)
Yoga cool down 30 seconds each exercise:
- Downward Dog
- Cobra
- Child Pose
